@Michael, ok, I agree that when the program water time is adjustable under weather control, it can become more complicated. At the moment, I think the only viable solution is for you to re-wire the stations according to the order you’d like them to run in sequence. For example, if you’d like the stations to run in the order of A, B, C, D, just order them in this way (e.g. A is station 1, B is station 2, C is station 3 and D is station 4), and this way the order matches how the controller will run them.
