Unfortunately restarting does not help. I have tried many locations (London, Tokyo, Melbourne) and after restarting the time is still 14 hours out with -4:00 still showing in time zone.
I have also wiped the directory and performed a new git pull with the same result…
Is there somewhere in the code I can manually force +10:00?
