I will check the weather script shortly, but I think if the weather data contains invalid values, the weather script will by default returns -1 and when the firmware sees -1 it simply does not change the watering percentage, and retains whatever it had from the last weather call. Is it possible for you to find a different weather station that does not return invalid data?
