Try to turn on the browser’s developer tools to see what are the error messages when you load the homepage. Another thing you can try is to open a browser and type
http://x.x.x.x/ja
where x.x.x.x is the opensprinkler’s IP address. This should respond with at least the firmware number. If not, check the OpenSprinkler IP, and see if it may have changed.
