BTW, My intention is to eliminate the RTC, LCD and 5100 code anyway. My board will have none of those. I am trying to initially get this running on a raw ESP12E/F and then the Linksprite R8 using ntp as the clock source and all control/interface over wifi. I will try to make those mods once I have a stable working base.
