I’m in the SF Bay Area. It only got hot recently, and we have a lot of drought-tolerant plants, so we only noticed recently that they weren’t getting the water we expected. I set the adjustment method to Zimmerman and the restrictions to California-based – and get a Water Level of 8%. It hasn’t rained in days and it’s really hot, so this is incorrect.
