@jnissen, the attribution to Dark Sky on the weather forecast page is correct. Dark Sky is always used to provide the forecast information. I suspect that your pws historic data from weather underground is correctly being used for watering duration. Unfortunately, attribution of historic data is not currently showing up on the System Diagnostic popup.
