The IP address in the user manual is just an example, the actual IP address assigned to your controller is different. Can you open a browser and type in the following:
where x.x.x.x is your controller’s IP (i.e. the IP you see when you press B1). The password (pw) is the md5 checksum of the default password (opendoor). If you have changed the password to something else, you can use https://www.md5hashgenerator.com/ to compute the md5 checksum of your specific password. Let me know what you get from the above link.
