Some googling says the Uncaught TypeError is related to LassPass Extension on chrome. I disabled, used a different browser, went into private mode and with all three methods the error goes away, but the results the same, can not get passed log in screen. Also, have same issue in OS iphone app so I assume the LassPass error is unrelated.
