I am in a similar situation… New Raspberry Pi, new OSPi board, fresh install of Raspberry Pi OS. The Web interface works as does the Android app. Yet, all zones are showing 24VAC. I don’t have any valves wired while reading voltage.
Any solution or troubleshooting steps?
