Sorry for posting to a dead thread. May I have permission to use some of your ETo code in my personal application? While you granted use rights to OS, I don’t want to presume they are for everyone. While I have good ETO code, yours has some nice additions.
My current ETo software monitors a Wunder Weather Station and stores samples by-second. It also monitors OWM forecasts, so I’d like to ask: have you been happy incorporating forecasts? I noticed that OWM’s projected rain qty moves around a lot and charted their forecasts leading up to each day. This morning I manually skipped watering due to the forecast, but it has dropped already today.
