Sorry, I lost track on this thread. The voltages seem fine mostly, however, pin 23 and pin 24 (25MHz crystal) voltages are noticeably different from mine. Mine measures about 1.38V on both pins, while yours are considerably different. The problem might be in the 25MHz crystal. Please send an email to [email protected] to arrange for replacement crystal.
