My guess is permissions. The index page checks for a config.php if it can’t read one then it redirects to install page.
Check permissions first and we can troubleshoot from there.
We'll be on vacation from Sunday, May 25 to Sunday, June 1.
Orders placed during that time will be shipped on Monday, June 2.
