Yes, please redo the sd card. There are a few quick things to note: 1) the SD card should be 2GB or less (the code we use for SD card has not been tested with 4GB card or above); 2) all files, such as home.js, modprog.js etc. (from the copy_to_sd folder) should be copied to the top-level directory of the SD card, in other words, the SD card should *not* have a folder called ‘copy_to_sd’.
