I’ve set up a station that waters tomatoes in a greenhouse
I’ve ticked the “ignore rain” box
I’ve set up a program with “use wather adjustment” and added the station “picurator rosii” for 1hBut:

Ignore rain and Use Weather are two different things: Ignore rain refers to ignore Rain Sensor, which has nothing to do with the watering percentage. Use Weather refers to applying watering percentage to the program.
hmm….I think it would be a good ideea to have also a “ignore weather” option
It would be more efficient (water pump runs only once) to run the greenhouse dripper together with another sprinkler, instead of running it on a separate weather disabled program‘Ignore weather’ is per program, not per zone. Unless if you have a program that mixes zones that should ignore weather with zones that should observe weather, I don’t see why it’s necessary to enable per-zone ‘ignore weather’.
I do have a program that mixes zones with/without ignore weather
I run 3 zones together: 1 sprinkler with 2 drippers, one of which is inside a greenhouse.
When it’s dry it’s ok to run all, but when it’s raining I would like for the greenhouse dripper to run anyway, because there is not much rain inside the greenhouse 🙂
I could run them separate, but it’s more efficient to run together, as the waterpump manages all 3 zones, but would run more time if greenhouse dripper would be separateanyway it’s not a major issue, but it would be nice to have also a “ignore weather” on the zones, just like “ignore rain”
But how it is possible manually ignore irrigation for one day?
if I planned irrigation every 3 days and the second day it rained, how can I do to skip a day’s irrigation without waiting for another 3 days?@wifi75: depending on your need, there are a couple of ways to ignore rain for one day. One is use the ‘Rain Delay’ feature — this allows you to manually stop irrigation for a specified amount of hours. You can also choose to use ‘Auto Rain Delay’ as your weather algorithm, which will leverage weather forecast to predict if it’s going to rain and issue rain delay automatically. You can also choose to use ‘Zimmerman’ as your weather algorithm — it calculates a watering percentage. During days of rain, it will reduce the watering percentage and if that percentage is close to 0% that’s basically equivalent to skip a day’s irrigation.
