Programs not running

I’m unable to get any programs to run on schedule with a recently purchased OpenSprinkler.

My system is wire correctly and works well in manual mode.
NTP time sync is working, the clock shows the right time. ( except DST doesn’t seem to be observed )
The main page in the GUI shows firmware version: 2.0.0 ( I can’t find any info on this version )

I have the following program set:
Select days: Weekly ( all days checked )
Select Stations: A station checked which worked in manual mode. I also check the Master station.
Time: 8:00 – 18:00
Every: 12:00 hours
Duration: 15 minutes 00 seconds

I’ve also used the iOS app SprinklerAce to turn stations on/off.
After the sprinklers not coming on this morning, I logged into OpenSprinkler GUI and found it was in manual mode.

Is it possible that SprinklerAce left the system in manual mode, and this prevent the program from running?
Are the Time/Every/Duration settings incorrect?
Do I have some wacky firmware which has a bug?
