SamerKeymasterThe last update was minor and my build environment was out of commission for the last update but things are working well again and the next update will hit Windows as well, hopefully as a universal app.

rktuttle7ParticipantI just installed OSPi and the app on my iPhone. iPhone app has many annoying behaviors. Worst of all, my screen has gone black and I cannot access the app. I entered the wrong login name and was trying to change it when program hung up. HELP

rktuttle7ParticipantI updated to the latest version of the iPhone app and many problems have been fixed. Now, when I enter all the info for a New Device and then tap Submit, the screen deletes all my entries! I re-enter them and it happens again.

rktuttle7ParticipantAll problems resolved. Mobile app works fine.

himanshulotiaParticipantHi Samer,
Thanks for the App .
I have Lumia 640 running latest Windows Insider Preview build 14379.
When I tried to install OpenSprinkler App from the store , it says my device is not compatible as it required x86 architecture .
Can you please check on that & make ARM compatible version available as well. I don’t wish to by another just for the App. It used to work fine on Windows Phone before.
Thanks

WokkeltjeParticipantCurrently I can’t even find the app in my Windows Phone store.
On my Windows 10 laptop, I can find and install the app, but it won’t launch.July 4, 2016 at 4:09 pm #43319
SamerKeymasterI’ve submitted an update which should be available shortly.
Sorry for the mix up, Cordova has radically changed the Windows platform support. It’s formally dropped Windows Phone 8.0.
Moving forward support will be for phone 8.1 (arm), desktop 8.1 (x86), and universal 10 (x86, x64, and arm).

WokkeltjeParticipantOn my computer the app is working.
When I want to download the app on my mobile device, I receive the messageTry the download again
Something happened at our end.I can install other apps without any issue.

SamerKeymasterTry uninstalling the app instead of updating and see if that helps. Not sure I have any control with the MS download control. Seems like a server issue and it’s likely the app is still propagating.

WokkeltjeParticipantseems that a reset of my phone did the trick.
So not an OS issue.

SamerKeymasterGreat! Just to confirm, everything is working fine on mobile?
I ask because I only own a Windows 8.0 phone and test using emulators.
Thank you

WokkeltjeParticipantMost of the app looks OK.
I noticed the following:
* when I click on “Tap to configure” for the Adjustment Method Options, nothing happened.
* When I’m in an options screen or so and I hit the back button (on the Phone) my phone returns to the start screen, where it should go to the application main screen. I need to close the app and start again to return to the main screen.
* not functional, but the application icon seems to have rounded corners with a white background. This is not verry Windows Phone style. A transparant icon in the theme collor of the Phone would be nice (like the default Windows Phone icons). But this is not a show stopper for me.thanks already for supporting the Windows Phone people.

SamerKeymasterThank you for the feedback! I’m sure we can address those issues and will post back once done.
Thanks!

RayParticipantBought Open Sprinkler earlier this year and builder finally got the front yard put in, LOVE IT!
I had the app work once on my Nokia 521 at home and then I set up NOIP so I could access from off my network.
Ever since I accessed from work in a browser the app opens and closes (same issue as described by attiliahooper above). I didn’t think it was related but didn’t ever find time to look into it further. My phone died so I pulled out my spare, another 521 (bought 3 of them brand new for $100) and after charging it up and running it through all its updates and letting it run in a stable condition for a couple weeks I decided to install the app. Same issue. It opens and closes.
Decided to try it on my laptop and it won’t connect to the IP and when it scans my network it doesn’t find the Open Sprinkler either.
The Web GUI works fine on the IP I assigned to it so it does work and I can mange it (and more importantly the Mrs. can) so this is not a huge deal but I’d like to get it working. -
