    Hi
    today arrived my new opensprinkler device. I have to order a new one because my last one has some problem with communication with expansion board.
    After unpacking i attached to my computer and upload the newest firmware. The upload was success but after removing the usb cable the screen stays
    green with black matrix, like the attached picture shows. What is the problem with it?

    This issue has been resolved over support ticket — it has to do with the published compiled firmware doesn’t support the new type of LCD (it uses a different I2C address. In any case, we will update the compiled firmware file to include support of the this new type of LCD (this is only relevant to OS 2.3, and only relevant to anyone who wants to upload a new firmware to OS 2.3).

    In this post (#51041) I write you that I have communication problem with the expansion board.
    I think we changed to email. I will searc it but this time i am at home but my mails ar at workingplace.
