Community localization with Transifex

Hello everyone! I have finally setup a replacement for our application localization and we are now using Transifex. The project is available here:

https://www.transifex.com/albahra/opensprinkler/

Please feel free to contribute any translations there. If you would like please also marked strings as reviewed to verify languages were imported into the new tool correctly. Moving forward I will keep the app up to date like we did with GetLocalizations.
