About flow meter pulse rate: yes we will change the resolution in the next firmware. For now, honestly this is just a scaling factor. You can leave it to 1 for now. The result is simply the pulse count multiplied by this number. If you can’t set it to 0.0001 just set it to 1, and remember to scale the number you read by 0.0001.
