Colleagues,
Lately, I am facing an issue with IPhone(11 ver 15.5) that can not connect. The problem is that I do not get even a message or options to pick up a site to connect. Basically when opening the App , nothing happens. Just blank GUI. Even closing the App, when opening again few seconds ,or a minute, still blank . Had to reboot phone. One important thing is that this happened when there was no internet. My understanding is that the App does not need internet, but seems to be checking availability or something.
Question is if there is any troubleshoot that I can do to isolate my problem? Is there any log on the Iphone to see app activity?
On Android is working fine.
