OSPI call to weather server; specify port

Once upon a time, back when my brain sort of worked, I vaguely recall that I needed to change the port on which OSPI calls a local weather server. I’ve searched in vain for the message that explained where/how to do that. I can’t upgrade to the latest firmware until my brain is refreshed. Which module contains that port definition?
