First off, I want to say I’m thrilled you added remote management through openthings.io. This makes remote access much easier to setup. Thank you!
There is a typo in the Remote Access URL on Page 8 of the latest User Manual, OSUserManual220.pdf. I was able to find the correct URL in the support article at https://openthings.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000879535. Both URLs are listed below for reference.
