    I typed up a nice detailed support ticket, and I was rewarded with the attached error. After clicking Back, my report was gone.

    I was logged into my Freshdesk account, which I have previously used to enter another OpenSprinkler support request.

    There was a glitch in the support system that caused the issue. It’s now fixed. You can try again. Sorry about the inconvenience.
