    So I had this working a few weeks ago without issue — but I re-did my network at home and so the wifi AP I had setup needed to change to the new name & pw. I went through the motions of making the changes without issue and it connects just fine and I can get on the webpage for the device without issue but it shows “disconnected” when I look at the diagnostics page.. I’ve tried rebooting, turning off and changing the OTC token and so forth but it still says disconnected. I guess I can do a factory reset on it but thought I’d ask if there’s something else that I can look at first.

    By “disconnected” I assume you mean that’s the OTC status. Generally it means it’s not able to reach the OTC server. This could be due to Internet issues, or a firewall setting that blocks the controller’s access to the OTC server.

    Yes.. the OTC status. I was able to solve this — I found in the app that the password field was blank for some reason for this unit (I handle 3 of them — one at home and two at work). Once I set that it started working OK. Thank you!
