Hi, thanks for a great product and backup service.

We have several OS units here. One in particular controls a master valve that opens the main pressured system to a large sub branch that then splits off to several controlled lines. The sub branch has pipe sections joined with couplings and rubber lip style seals and cannot be left pressurized due to leaks from this style of seal. Therefore I run a mastervalve adjustment of negative 330 seconds. Tiny issue is I cannot input a negative number via the mobile IOS app (2.4.86) firmware 2.2.1 rev2, I have to hold my finger on the button for a minute to get to -330.

Like the subject says, just polishing the little things.

I am surprised: you mean you can’t click on the input box and type in number -330 directly? That’s usually how I type in the master on/off delay time. You could use the arrows but that takes a long time, but for a large on/off time, you can just directly type in the number.

That’s correct. With my iPhone 13pro running iOS 18.6.1.
The pop up keypad has only numeric options.

Can you report your app version? At the homepage, swipe left to right to open the side menu, then click ‘About’. What’s the ‘App Version’ reported there?

I just tried on iPad with iOS 18.6.2 and I do not have this issue: the popup keypad has all keys, including + and -.
