Hello,
as I restarted my Opensprinkler station for the new summer, I am facing the following problem : when I set the actual date and time, after a short (few seconds) time, the date and hour go to March, 19, 2037 03:58:34 !!!
This occurs when using ntp server, as well as when using manual time settings (no ntp server) ! The same problem occurs when using either the smartphone app (Android) or the Windows PC software ! I tried several ntp servers without any change…
My station versions are :
– Material 2.3-AC
– Firmware 2.1.7Thank you in advance for providing me with a solution as soon as possible, as I cannot use my station for programmed operations !…

Hi, firmware 2.1.7 is outdated. Please update your firmware to the latest. Follow OpenSprinkler v2.3 update instructions:

thank you very much for your answer, I will update the firmware as soon as possible and will tell you if the problem is solved !
I have two questions :
– where is stored the configuration when I make an “export” on the app on Windows laptop ?
– the display of my unit does not display anything anymore (probably burned), is this a problem generally speaking ? I don’t think so as I never had to use it (except for verifying the good operation)…Thank you again for your help !
PS : the IFTTT buttons (Authorisation/Inhibition, Start the programm, Start a station, Stop) that I installed several years ago with your help are still working well…

I am very happy to inform you that, after updating successfully the firmware on my unit, everything is working well (except the display, which is not a problem…) !
Concerning the update instructions, I just want to precise the following details :
– when running the line “avrdude.exe -c arduino -p m1284p -P COM? -U flash:w:os_221_rev1.hex” on the terminal, Windows request me to add .\ at the beginning (-> .\avrdude.exe -c arduino -p m1284p -P COM? -U flash:w:os_221_rev1.hex), in order to accept the instruction as a command order !…
– as the version of the firmware has changed, rev1.hex must be changed to rev4.hex (-> .\avrdude.exe -c arduino -p m1284p -P COM4 -U flash:w:os_221_rev4.hex)Anyway, many thanks for your exceptionnal and quick help, as always !
