I guess I understand what you mean now. There is no built-in mechanism to let programs run sequentially. Assuming your program run-times are all fixed, you can certainly create programs with start times one after another. For example if program 1 starts at 9am and runs for 45 minute, just set program 2 to start at 9:45am, and so on. This is basically setting the program start times manually, but it should work.
