Ray, I can confirm what dun4cheap is saying. I am running version 2.16 and I stuck on 0% after our usual California 0.01″ useless drizzle. I have to manually re-up it to 100% 48hrs+ later.

So the controller running 2.16 is at 0% watering. It rained here on Thursday last week. The other 2 controllers are at 100%. I really need to get to the bottom of this.
