I would recommend doing a factory reset (when you upgraded from 2.1.7 to 2.1.9 it will automatically trigger a factory reset, or you can manually do a factory reset — not using the Clear Log, Reset All Options etc, but using the buttons, as described in the user manual, to trigger a factory reset). Test, see if the symptoms exist, before you import any configurations.
