Under the settings, you need to specify how many extension boards you are using. This is done via the web app or the interval program:
Interval Program:
1) Hit the options button on the top of the page (second button)
2) Change “Ext. boards” to 1
Web App:
1) Click the gear icon on the top right corner
2) Hit Device settings
3) Slide extension boards to 1
