I replaced the zener diode and the switching regulator and It’s working now. I can’t tell you how those components became damaged unless one arrived doa… I can successfully turn on a solenoid with the web interface. I’ve not yet hooked it to an actual valve but I am sure it will work. Thank you so much for your help.
