For those who might want to print a case for their OSBo, here are some .stl files. I printed mine with a 0.2mm layer height. The base attaches to the cover with 6-32 screws. You may need to drill out the posts a little depending on the accuracy of your printer. I am releasing these files with a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 3.0 Unported License.
Just realized that .stl files are not allowed here as attachments. If anyone is interested, please PM me and I will send you the files.
