    Over the winter my router died and I am now using an Apple Airport Express. I direct-connected the Airport via one of the three ethernet cables jacks to the opensprinkler. The hardware doesn’t connect to the router. LED cycles through “date/time” screen and “Connecting to network” screen.

      I tried switching the IP address of the sprinkler controller to 10.0.1.26 since the other hardware on my network seems to all have IP address of 10.0.1.xxx.
      I’ve tried restarting/resetting router and open sprinkler switch.

    Did a search for “airport” and “apple” and nothing turned up in forums. Any ideas?

    Got it fixed! Super easy, and I feel so stupid. Just had to turn DHCP on!
