I cannot reach my OS via OTC from the app, nor from web UI. After a minute of searching the OS, response is “Cannot connect”. Connection with IP address works well from UI and app as well.
When I connect with IP address, in System Diagnostic OTC shows “connected”. Even in the “Manage sites” the site is green what usually means that it is available.
I have triple checked the token and settings of OTC. Firmware was already the newest but I have just updated without any improvement.
I am not aware of any ongoing issue with the OTC server at the moment. All our test devices are connected and accessible. Maybe double check your OTC token? If you have created more than 1 OTC tokens, maybe you were using the incorrect token?
Probably it is not related to the server. I have two units, one works without problem, I can reach with OTC both from app and UI.
I have generated a new token, changed it in the OS and in the app, but result is the same. OS shows “connected” and its icon is green both in the site selection list both in ui and in the app but still none of them can connect.
