I’ve created an account and can post in forums, but can’t log in to my account on the web app or iPhone app. Need help, are they the same account?
Yes, they are the same account. If you can log in to the forum, then I don’t know why you can’t log in to your account in the app. I will have to leave this question for Samer to answer.
