Help needed – Applying Flow sensor

Hi,

Is there a way to implement flow sensor like:

using preassembled OpenSprinkler  controller (HD ver 2.2) so I be able to measure and log liters consumption  per station activation ?

where can i connect it ?  what changed are needed in the script/firmware ?
