Input GPIO for non-OSPi system (Standard Pi with Firmware 2.1.9 loaded)

I’m new to Opensprinkler, and must say I enjoy the software having played with it a bit. I have a Class B, Rev B (26pin GPIO), hooked up to a 16Ch, 5V relay board. Works well with the relays, but I now want to test if I can add a rain sensor from my existing Hunter setup. I know that GPIO’s can be changed for the relays (OUTPUT), but I can’t find a setting to do the dame for INPUT. So I assume the firmware has fixed GPIO for the two sensors. Question though which are they?
