Setting up RTC

I am having issues setting up the RTC the wiki lists the instructions and also points to a script that should be in the created directory but cannot find it either in the install or in the GIT repo.  Does the script no longer exist??  When I try to copy the code from the wiki I get errors about defaults for start not set and unexpected word when trying to get it’s status.  Any help would be appreciated.

The file rtcdev.sh is now on GitHub.
