Ray — in forum post #65133, you indicated that “the watering level across a day should be consistent.” That’s what it used to be. Weather-server was changed to use the prior 24 hours, so the water level can (and almost always does) change every two hours. I’m sure there were good reasons for this change, and it makes sense if you water every day and at the same time.
Are you by any chance running your own instance of the weather server? The OpenSprinkler weather server caches weather data for a location for 24 hours, so I am pretty sure the watering percentage remains the same for a day. If you run your own instance of the server, then I can fluctuate without the caching.
