Figured it out. The setting is in the options under “Weather and Sensors”. There you can set the “Attached Sensor Type” to “Program Switch”. There is even a description, stating the function :_)

Hi,

the setup of krimkrams is fairly identical to what I want to do.
Maybe a dump question, but anyways: Is it possible to use a button (only sending an impulse) instead of a switch to start a program? That way you hit the button, the pump comes on, a valve opens and you can use the hose for a pre-defined time, without the need to switch the switch back in the “off” position.

Using the opensprinkler demo, I can’t find the option to use a switch/button to start a program. Can you give me a hint where to look?
