It’s working for OSBo too. Just pins are switched.

Right pin (on photo left) to bbb p9 5/6.

i had similar problem and it looks like it is fixed for now (few days).
everytime i was on vacation, bbb freeze on second day of vacation 👿
it was very unstable and distrustful sprinkler system
