I checked the log file on our server and it’s pretty clear that your weather query is being sent every 30 seconds.

Sorry to jump in here at the end of a topic (I am new to this product and want to run a version on RPi) but I see this quote from Ray and it makes me believe that the controller communicates back to home base (opensprinkler.com) to do some of it’s work.  I thought the idea was this was stand-alone and ‘runs programs on its own?’
