I tried to stop the Web-Shield of AVAST and it works ! You are also right about the Exclusion list ! I believed it would work
but it doesn’t – So you have to stop the Shield to operate the OpenSprinkler Devices over Web Access
I’ll also open a BUG report with AVAST – hope they will implement (it had changed suddenly with the Win10 updates)
