I will post instructions here shortly, but I am curious to find out the cause of this. You could export your configurations to a file and attach it to your support ticket, so I can take a look at if something stands out in the configurations. Normally the firmware shouldn’t be corrupted as it’s stored in flash memory. I wonder if the problem is the WiFi SSID or password got corrupted or lost for some reason, well that doesn’t really explain why factory reset doesn’t work. In any case, checking the configuration might provide some hints.

Sorry, I forgot that it can’t connect to your WiFi: does reset to AP mode work? I think it’s B3 + B2 and confirm with B3, that would reset the controller in AP mode. It might still be a flash memory issue that I don’t quite understand.
