If you are already on firmware 2.1.9(7) then my guess is that this is likely due to a bad Ethernet module. You can submit a support ticket and we can arrange for sending you a new module, or if you want it faster you can get one from Amazon. It’s called enc28j60, get the 2×5 pin version (some are 2×6 pins which are not compatible).
