I’m trying to diagnose a problem where my solenoids aren’t firing (I’ll probably have to open another topic on that later).
So I’m updating the firmware from 2.1.4 to 2.1.5.
Once that was successful, I thought I could install 2.1.6. While it says it is the latest version available, it is not available from the selection list during the upgrade.
Is 2.1u hardware not supported by the latest firmware?
Oh – I see the problem – the top option is 2.1.6 but the text of “2.1.6” is not visible in the pulldown like the others.
If it matters, I’m using the Mac version of the updater program.
My unit is now updating to 2.1.6

You are correct that you can’t upgrade OS 2.1 to firmware 2.1.6 through USB any more. This is explained in this support article:
