4G connection – what amount of data ?

Hi.
I connected opensprinkler to a tp-link 4G router and bought a SIM offering a public IP (thingsmobile.com) to be able to connect to opensprinkler from anywhere
With 4G every bite of data has a cost : I’m wondering about average data consumption of opensprinkler, on a day, week or monthly basis.
I had so much data usage sometimes (80mo / day for example) that I think something is wrong.
Anybody has an idea ?

In any case : it’s a pleasure to program the irrigation of my farm from my couch ! Thanks a lot
