So I have a client that has cooked 2 in one day and I’ve installed over 30 of these controllers and never had a problem like this. I just installed a UPC but I’m still worried that this issue is going to keep happening. Does anybody have any insight into this issue? I’m assuming it has something to do with potential dirty power but the electrician swears up and down the power is clean and that should not be the issue. He is recommending using the ground port on the controller to ground to the outlet but I don’t know if that will help or if it is even what its used for.
Also does anybody recommend any higher quality AC Transformers?
