    I am trying to test my Opensprinkler (Hardware 2.1 with newest firmware).

    I am testing 26 VAC on all zones when they are off.  WHen I turn a zone on, the voltage on that zone increases to 29 VAC.

    I thought they were supposed to read 0 when off and 26 VAC when on?

    It’s not uncommon you will observe non-zero, stray voltages if you don’t have actual solenoids connected to the terminal blocks. However, once you connect solenoids the closed stations should read 0 volt. In other words, the stray voltages will go away under load.
